A unique Project

Parkside is a full-fledged town for 30,000 residents, currently under construction on Lviv’s Kiltseva Road(Basivka village). It spans 87 hectares and consists of 40 residential buildings ranging from 4 to 6 stories in height, along with a robust infrastructure. There is nothing like it in Ukraine. It embodies the “15-Minute City” concept in line with global urban planning standards and creates a new hub on the region’s map. Low-rise development

Parkside residential buildings are 4–6 stories tall and feature modern elevators and 50-by-50-meter car-free courtyards that create an atmosphere safety, comfort, and spaciousness. On the ground floors facing the courtyards, there are apartments with private patios, while the street-facing sides feature boutiques, shops, offices, and coffee shops. Other infrastructure facilities (schools, stadiums, kindergartens, parks, etc.) are within a 2- to 15-minute walk from the residences. This type of development offers the most comfortable living environment, but it is rarely found in new construction projects in Ukraine.
